Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren inaugurated the 76th Statewide Van Mahotsav–2025 at the newly constructed MLA residential complex in Jagannathpur, Ranchi.
He was joined by MLA Kalpana Soren, senior officials, and local citizens. The CM planted saplings and urged people to join the green movement, emphasizing the importance of forests in preserving ecological balance and supporting rural livelihoods.
The Forest Department distributed free saplings and promoted awareness on environmental conservation. The event saw active participation from school children and the local community.
