Today marks the 7th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a visionary statesman, poet, and one of India’s most beloved leaders.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, and several senior leaders paid heartfelt tributes at the ‘Sadaiv Atal’ memorial in New Delhi. Leaders remembered Vajpayee ji’s unmatched contribution to India’s democracy, development, and foreign policy.
PM Modi shared that Atal ji’s “visionary leadership continues to inspire generations,” while President Murmu highlighted his role as a “true statesman who strengthened India’s global standing.”
