Baghamara, September 1, 2025 – As per the orders of the District Supply Office, a special awareness program was organized in Padugoda and Kapuriya villages of Baghamara block on Monday. Artists from the Jharkhandi Lok Seva Sansthan performed a street play titled “Our Right, Our Ration”, aimed at educating villagers about their entitlements under government ration schemes.
The play highlighted the rights of eligible families to receive food grains at fair price shops in a timely and accurate manner. It also emphasized the importance of reporting any irregularities or discrepancies to the District Supply Department, ensuring transparency in the distribution process.
Villagers watched the performance attentively and appreciated the actors for their engaging and informative presentation. The event was designed to spread the message of the “Our Right, Our Ration” campaign across rural areas, encouraging people to be vigilant about their entitlements.
Officials present at the program also shared detailed information about the schemes and urged villagers to actively participate in maintaining accountability in ration distribution.
