As per the directions of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Shri Aditya Ranjan, the Second Pre-Board Examination for Matriculation and Intermediate, along with the First Pre-Board Examination for Classes 9 and 11, will be conducted from January 15, 2026.
The Pre-Board Examinations will be held on January 15, 16, 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2026, in two sittings each day.
The first sitting will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, while the second sitting will take place from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
All necessary guidelines regarding the smooth conduct of the examinations have been issued to the concerned schools by the District Education Department. The results of the Pre-Board Examinations will be declared on January 24, 2026.
The objective of conducting the Pre-Board Examinations is to better prepare students for the upcoming board examinations and to enhance their confidence through systematic assessment.
