Dr Alok Vishwakarma took charge Strengthening rural health services is a priority Dharbad's new Civil Surgeon Dr Alok Vishwakarma took charge at the Civil Surgeon Office today. On this occasion, outgoing Civil Surgeon Dr Chandra Bhanu Pratapan welcomed him by presenting a flower bouquet. After taking charge, Dr Vishwakarma said that strengthening rural health services would be his priority. Villagers lack options. Therefore, the rural health system has to be improved. With this, health services can be delivered to the last person of the society with full quality. People of urban areas have many options for better treatment. Dr Vishwakarma has been the Civil Surgeon in Dhanbad from 1 August 2022 to 1 August 2023. Outgoing Civil Surgeon Dr Chandra Bhanu Pratapan has been transferred to the post of Zonal Malaria Officer Ranchi.
