Patna: On the first day of the Bihar Legislature’s Budget Session, a courtesy meeting was held with the Hon’ble Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, Dr. Prem Kumar, and the Hon’ble Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council, Shri Avadhesh Narayan Singh.
