Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Sunny Raj carried out a surprise inspection of the Model Anganwadi Centre located in Babudih today. During the visit, he reviewed cleanliness, infrastructure, and child-friendly facilities, and directed officials to maintain high standards across all centres.
He emphasized that upcoming Anganwadi centres in the district should be developed on this model to ensure better nutrition, early education, and care for children and mothers.
Officials from the District Development Branch, including Mr. Sonu Kumar, along with DMFT PMU members Mr. Ankit Sinha and Mr. Dhanpal Singh, were present during the inspection.
This initiative marks a major step toward strengthening grassroots child welfare services in the district.
