Public Grievance Officer Listens to Citizens’ Complaints in Dhanbad
On the directions of Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate Shri Aditya Ranjan, the In-Charge Public Grievance Officer Shri Niyaz Ahmed conducted a Janata Darbar (public hearing) at the Collectorate Auditorium today, addressing complaints from citizens across various parts of the district.
🗣️ A wide range of issues were raised during the session — from illegal land encroachments and ration/Ayushman card requests to complaints regarding threats to vacate shops, irregularities in housing schemes, and pending wage disbursements for Anganwadi workers.
Shri Niyaz Ahmed assured all complainants that their issues will be resolved as per rules and that transparent, citizen-first governance remains the top priority of the district administration.
